This privacy policy governs the use of the software application Антирадар М. Радар детектор. (the “App”), which package is “com.macsoftex.antiradar.free”, that was created by Macsoftex Company (the “Company”). The App is basically a map or radar that shows and warns about the road dangers of an internal database and the road dangers submitted by the other users of the App in real time.
The App will collect your Device ID, app Version, language, country and push id. Registered users agree to associate all the previous data to user’s accaount. When a road danger is added the App send to an online database your device ID, location, type, name and time of this point to ley you see, modify and delete it in future uses of the app. This points will be shown in other users map of the app and they will be able to vote them and the Company have the rights to commercialize them.
In addition, the App may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, your mobile operating system and information about the way you use the App.
The App use the GPS technology to track your position for timely warning about road dangers.
All the users in real time provide the road dangers locations. The Company combine the information and update the database with road dangers. However, the Company cannot assure the validity of the information (road dangers) and the users must use them by their own responsibility.
The Company is not responsible for any consequence due to the incorrect description or information in the App. The users must be use it by their own risk taking in mind that some road dangers could not be in the database.
Besides, neither the Company nor the third parties related are responsible for any kind of data displayed in the app. The user must use it by his own responsibility.
The Company and/or the third parties does not provide any kind of warranty or does not have any kind of liability about the Raw Mobility Status and Location Data as the data derived from them. User must use them with they own responsibility.
The Company will share obtained information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose user provided and automatically collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

There are several opt-out options for users of this Application: Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the App: You can stop all collection of information by the App easily by uninstalling the App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
If you’d like us to delete user provided data that you have provided via the App, please contact us at support@macsoftex.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the user provided data may be required in order for the App to function properly.

The end user has only a limited non-exclusive license to use the App pursuant to the express applicable terms, and no ownership rights in the App.
