I purchased an upgrade, but the restriction remains

Perhaps there was an error in purchasing an upgrade.
Perform the following steps:
1. Close the application and restart it.
2. Go to the tab “More” in the application
3. Click "Restore the purchase"

4. Enter your Apple ID and password in the dialog
